Delete Your LedgerOne Account

If you would like to permanently delete your LedgerOne account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to meaty.filling0o@icloud.com
2. Use the same email address that is registered with your LedgerOne account.
3. Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
4. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What data will be deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we will permanently delete:

1. Account information
2. Authentication information
3. Expense data
4. Receipt photos
5. Other data associated with the account

Data retention

We do not retain your personal data after your account deletion request is completed, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after identity verification.
